Recent programming has included flamenco on Thursday and Friday evenings; as live schedules can change, it is worth confirming the performance when reserving. A tablao is a venue dedicated to live flamenco, usually in an intimate setting where the audience sits close to the dancers, singers and guitarists. The word comes from tablado, meaning a wooden stage or platform, referring to the surface traditionally used by flamenco dancers.
Tablao Flamenco Marbella occupies the distinctive yellow-and-blue building on Plaza del Santo Cristo that was historically home to the Tablao Ana María. Flamenco has been performed at the site since the 1960s, when bailaora Ana María Moya established a tablao here. Today it runs several shows every day, currently at 18:00, 19:30, 21:00 and 22:15.
Although food is also served, the focus here is firmly on flamenco, with the audience seated close to the dancers, singers and guitarists.

Just a few streets away, The Farm sits inside one of Marbella Old Town’s oldest buildings, with a courtyard dating back to 1502. The restaurant itself opened in 2014 and combines Andalusian food, cocktails and live music in a relaxed setting.
Flamenco is part of its regular weekly programme, performed in the 500-year-old courtyard while guests eat and drink. The menu draws heavily on the region, with dishes such as Malagueño baby goat and locally caught fish, alongside Andalusian wines.

Close to Plaza de la Victoria in Marbella’s Old Town, Asador Puerta del Príncipe combines Mediterranean dining with live flamenco every evening.
